this past weekend i found a sale to trump all sales right here in this little old town of mine. our local children's consignment shop was having this crazy deal where you can buy a basic plastic grocery bag for $10 and fill it to the brim with any red line item. and take it from me, when it involves cramming anything into a tight space, i am a champion. not to mention, almost everything i bought on sale was for a person that weighs less than 10 lbs (we pray, ha ha).
so i went, i saw, i conquered.
oh and even though they had nothing left with a red line for my big boy, i still managed to find some killer deals for great back to school duds.

naturally i separated in his and hers piles for the "daddy fashion show & tell" back at home.
(he is a good husband and will indulge in my giddiness after a real great sale by looking at every item and sometimes tossing out some great little notes on pieces. ex, "that will be perfect for when we play tennis." or "in that he'll look just like a frat boy." goofy.)
