my sweet baby noa.
happy to report that this momma is up and moving. released from hospital today and feeling pretty dern good. i was able to make it through my entire labor and delivery sans getting sick, or using narcotics for recovery. yea baby. the milk has arrived. baby is a great eater. and really what else could one want.
oh wait. i know. to go home! poor noa's bilirubin levels are still too high, so my blue baby, and us, her cheering section, are here for yet another day/night stay at this swanky joint until she gets those levels in check. stupid jaundice. she has been such a good girl and in the grand scheme, i know this is nothing. it's worth the wait to be positive we are taking home a completely healthy baby.
so fingers crossed tomorrow morning we get up and this baby is no longer blue...or orange...or yellowish. blarg!
