he did. and so did you. eek. what's that "they" say? if you don't want to get caught, then don't do it? seems pretty simple to me. i live by it, and i teach my son to do the same. if only everyone followed this little gem of wisdom. i try to choose the healthy choice for my mind, body, and spirit all of the time.  but, like most, i too can get sucked into the vortex of easy peasy from time to time. however, i know from experience i am soooo much better when i put forth just a little extra effort to be a better version of me. still some days wish it was the other way around, you know, do nothing and get everything, eh? but nope, a girls gotta stay aware. nards.

and if i ever start to get even the slightest bit weak in any of my efforts to have a healthy, complete, and driven life, i have a 3 year old (in addition to God and myself) who will tell me (as he did today)...

"momma! you gotta be healthy, so else then God's gotta do all the work."
welp, the boy's got a point, that hardly seems fair. ok, ok,ok sorry about the soda God, oh and driving to PaPa's rather than walking. Next time I will choose water and a walk.
(dash can't read, but he is making me transcribe as i type, ha ha.
good news. he says apology accepted.)
