my son is a HUGE denver broncos fan.
my husband is a HUGE oakland raiders fan.
you get it. and knowing that will only help you to appreciate this gesture...
my talented husband had the opportunity to photograph some bronco players, and cheerleaders, oh and miles the mascot, a while back. although he was not thrilled about the assignment, he had feeling he knew a little someone who would be. so he took him along as his personal assistant.
he waited ever so patiently for his turn to get an autograph.
"that's dash, D-A-S-H"
he was so darn charming, these gals asked HIM for a photo :-).
oh and apparently he is a "fringe man" if ya know what i mean. ga, boys!
sorry ladies (even with all ya fringe swingin 'round) Miles was his very favorite!
and today dash got the best news of all, his big daddy (yes, the raider fan) will be a denver broncos photographer (for the denver post) at every home game! all. season. long.
as if dash needed any more reasons to call big daddy his hero.
way to go super daddy, we are so proud of you and cannot wait to see what you shoot this season.
p.s. my hubs deserves credit for actually calling to ask my thoughts on committing to this opportunity before taking it, seeing as though i will be giving birth smack in the middle of football season. luckily only one game conflicted and i was so dern proud of him for consulting with our little "team" before accepting, there was no way i'd say anything but, go get 'em champ. duh.
