today our summer jar-o-fun had big plans for us. we were going to open and operate our very own lemonade stand to support Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. if you've never heard of Alex and her amazing accomplishments (and now impressively successful foundation) get familiar. seriously. YOU are missing out. we felt so lucky to have beautiful weather and a couple of the bestest little friends we know over to help us out.
it was a total success and a perfect day!
it went a little somethin' like this...
we squeezed up some of da best limonada anyone has ever tasted.
(wait is that powder?? :-))
then we loaded up the company "car".
we headed to the office to set up shop.
everyone sampled the product, just to be safe...
then we were open for business!
dash waved his little wings and screamed LEMONADE like no one's business.
he really was amazing!
the girls served and charmed the many customers with their delightful manners,
and gorgeous baby blues.
and after a while we got hot & tired. so we loaded up...
and happily headed home.
