I did it...you should too.

Well, now that we know we will be living in Cheyenne, we decided to sell our house...to ourselves. Huh? Stay with me. We decided to take advantage of the low rates and refinance. It was one of the best decisions I have made in a while. We now have lower monthly payments and in 12 months we will have an option to rent out the house should we choose (an option my last loan did not allow). I mean come on, paying less to live the same, how can that ever be wrong.


I give 110% credit to the best mortgage loan company out there. American Capital Financial was AMAZING to work with. The entire process was so seamless and easy. They are literally saving me hundreds each month! The company is based out of Denver, but was able to easily work with me from here in Cheyenne, WY. I only had to actually show up for the closing, which was conveniently held here in Cheyenne as well. After working with the company I feel that I am walking away with a true understanding of what the hell I did! When I first purchased my home, I knew nothing really about what was going on. I knew my monthly payment and that was about it. After this experience I feel like I am in control of what I own and I feel confident in my purchase. I cannot tell you how many questions I had, or how in the dark I am sure I seemed with the entire process, but not once did ACF make me feel like a bozo. 


Like I said, so simple and I am saving so much. Every single one of you should at least call them and see what they have to say about helping you. I guarantee you will feel better knowing your options and regardless I know you will NEVER walk away from ACF feeling pressured or stupid (really, try calling other loan offices, I would bet money you'd feel at lease one of these things every time). If I can buck up and try, you defiantly can! I cannot say enough good about these guys! They are the very best at what they do. I will even make it easy and attach their information...
